  • All listed room rates are PER PERSON for the entire four night stay
  • Every room offers the all-inclusive package at no additional cost
  • A $250 per person deposit ($500 for any Rock Suites) is due at the time of booking
  • Choose the payment method that works best for you
  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are all acceptable methods of payment
  • There are no single occupancy rooms available
  • Castaway with Southern Ground does not permit downgrades once a reservation is placed
  • You are able to upgrade without any additional fees (depending on availability)
  • There is a $40 fee per person added to your room cost ($35 ticketing fee + $5 to support Positive Legacy efforts in Mexico)
  • All triple occupancy rooms will have two double beds and a rollaway for the third guest
  • Anyone needing ADA accessible accommodations should book in the Deluxe Gold King category and contact the Travel Team 
  • Guests traveling with children should contact the Travel Team
**Calculate Your Cost: If you book a double occupancy Deluxe Gold room, you'd take the per person rate of $1,799 + $40 ticketing fee = $1,839 per person x 2 adults = $3,678 total for your suite.
