Coy Bowles and the Fellowship

Coy Bowles writes songs and plays guitar (along with many other instruments) for the GRAMMY Award-winning Zac Brown Band. Born in Thomaston, Georgia, Coy graduated from the Jazz Studies Program at Georgia State University and went on to form his own band, Coy Bowles and the Fellowship. In 2006, Coy opened for Zac Brown Band, was asked to join the group full time, and hasn’t looked back since. After his success writing lyrics for music, Coy became an accomplished children’s book writer and has released two middle-grade children’s books, "Amy Giggles: Laugh Out Loud" and "Will Powers: When There’s a Will, There’s A Way", and a picture book published by Penguin Random House called "When You’re Feeling Sick". When he’s not touring for his books or bands, Coy spends time with his family at home in Georgia. Find his blog and more at coybowles.com and follow him at @coybowles.
